DELIVERY
Products will be delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process.
Deliveries in France are made by DPD, free delivery for orders over €100. Delivery charge of €15 for orders under €100.
For deliveries within the European Union, PARIS LUNETIER uses the services of DPD, free delivery for orders over €100. Delivery costs 19 € for orders under 100 €.
For deliveries outside Europe, PARIS LUNETIER uses the services of DPD, delivery charges of €49 for orders under €100 and €25 for orders over €100.
Customs and other charges in the country of arrival are the responsibility of the recipient.
Any defect or delay in delivery (following dispatch of the parcel) of more than 15 working days must be reported to our Customer Service by email.
You must check the conformity of the goods at the time of delivery and indicate, if possible on the delivery note, in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by your signature, any anomalies noted (open package, damaged product, etc.).
