Shipping policy

The ordered items will be sent to the delivery address specified during the ordering process.

Shipping Options with DHL

  • In France : Free shipping for all orders.
  • Within the European Union : Shipping at €9 for all orders.
  • Outside the European Union : Shipping at €29 for all orders.

DHL Premium Option: For priority handling of your order compared to customers who have not selected this option, a DHL Premium option is available with an additional charge of €10 (in France), €6 (within the European Union), and €10 (outside the European Union).

Customs duties and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please note that for orders outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom (post-Brexit), these charges may apply. No shipment will be canceled or refunded due to these charges.

Any delivery delay exceeding 15 business days after shipment must be reported to our Customer Service team via the contact section.

Our shipping times usually range from 48 hours to one week (business days), depending on our order volume. In accordance with French law, specifically Articles L.216-1 to L.216-3 of the Consumer Code, the seller must ensure the delivery of goods or services within a maximum period of 30 days after the conclusion of the contract.

In case of a delivery delay exceeding seven (7) days, except in cases of force majeure, the customer may cancel their order within sixty (60) days following the end of the aforementioned seven (7) days by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to Sarl Paris Lunetier - Cc Colombia 35000 Rennes, provided that the parcel has not yet been shipped.

Upon receipt, it is essential to verify the conformity of the delivered items and to immediately report any irregularity on the delivery slip as written and signed reservations, then contact our Customer Service team via the contact section.

At Paris Lunetier, we place great importance on the safety and quality of our shipments. All our valuable products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

We exclusively offer home delivery, directly to the address specified at the time of the order. Please note that any address change communicated directly to the courier or after the order has been validated will not result in any refund in case of loss or non-delivery of the package.

Please also note that any fraud or attempted deception will result in a complaint and severe legal penalties. We take fraud attempts very seriously and will not hesitate to pursue legal action if necessary.
