Refund policy

PARIS LUNETIER is committed to providing you with high quality products. Despite this, if you are not satisfied with the product purchased, PARIS LUNETIER undertakes to exchange it or reimburse you. You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt to return the products to us.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, together with a returns number that we will send you by e-mail, to the following address :

Damaged or incomplete items will not be taken back and will be returned to you as is, at your expense.

Packages returned unidentified may be returned to sender.

Please note that any attempt at fraud, such as not including the glasses in the parcel, using a replacement product instead of the original or any other theft technique, will expose you to a complaint and severe legal penalties. We take cases of fraud very seriously and will not hesitate to take legal action if necessary.

Exception

Contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized or which, due to their nature, cannot be reshipped (Made to measure, Articles L.221-28 of the Consumer Code).

For any return of products having been sent with a care sheet (cerfa n°11389*03, S3115f) or subject to electronic transmission to the health insurance funds, no refund or exchange will be granted without the return of the original of the care sheet.

For all sales of corrective lenses as well as Cartier and Fred pierced frames, Paris Lunetier reserves the right not to refund or partially refund your order (Made to measure, articles L.221-28 of the consumer code).

Purchases that have been subject to third-party payment are also an exception to the right of withdrawal and cannot be canceled, refunded or exchanged.

Return Fee Clause in the Event of Non-Recovery of the Parcel: In the event that a parcel is not recovered by the customer despite several delivery attempts and reminders from the carrier, please note that it will be returned to our warehouse. In accordance with our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy, which aims to reduce the environmental impact of transport, the cost of returning the parcel will be invoiced to the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure receipt of the parcel to avoid any additional return costs.
