Refund policy

To organize a return, please log in at https://account.parislunetier.com/ and submit your return request.

It is essential not to proceed with a return without our prior consent and without us having provided a return voucher. No refund will be granted if the procedure is not strictly followed.

PARIS LUNETIER is committed to offering high-quality products. However, if the product received does not meet your satisfaction, PARIS LUNETIER offers an exchange or a refund within 30 days, in accordance with Article L 221-20-3 of the Consumer Code. You have up to 14 days after receiving the product to return it.

Returns must be made in their original condition and packaging, with the invoice attached, to the following address:

- Returned items that are damaged, incomplete, or modified will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

- Unidentified returns may be sent back to the sender.

- Please note that any attempt at fraud, such as failing to include the item in the return package, substituting it with a different product, or any other form of deception, will result in legal proceedings and severe penalties. We treat cases of fraud with the utmost severity and will initiate legal action if necessary.

- Once the return has been authorized and the return slip issued, the customer has a maximum of 72 hours to ship the parcel. After this period, Paris Lunetier reserves the right to refuse the return and to deny any refund request.

- Paris Lunetier exclusively sells new, never-worn products. The right of return is intended to allow for a brief at-home try-on, not for extended personal use.

Once the return is authorized and the return slip issued, the customer has a maximum of 72 hours to ship the parcel. As a logistical tolerance, we only accept returned items if they are received by Paris Lunetier within 10 calendar days of the return authorization date.

Any parcel received beyond this period will be considered out of time. The product will then be presumed used and can no longer be considered new, even if it appears to be in good condition. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

The product will either be returned at your expense, or disposed of, in line with our quality policy, which ensures that every client receives a strictly new and never-used item.

For your safety, we strongly recommend returning your item using a tracked shipping service with signature upon delivery. If you return the package via standard mail without tracking or signature and the parcel gets lost, we unfortunately will not be able to process a refund. We do not accept any returns sent to pickup points (Mondial Relay, Colis Privé, Relais Colis, etc.). All returns must be shipped directly to our physical address: PARIS LUNETIER - 40 Place du Colombier, Ccial Colombia - 35000 Rennes, FRANCE, to ensure secure delivery. Parcels sent to a pickup location will not be collected and cannot be refunded.


Exceptions

Items made to the consumer's specifications, clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned (such as custom orders), are excluded from the right of return in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code.

For returns of products accompanied by a care sheet (cerfa n°11389*03, S3115f) or having benefited from direct billing to health insurance funds, no refund or exchange will be possible.

Sales including corrective lenses and drilled frames from brands Cartier and Fred are also exempt from refunds (in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code).

Purchases made with third-party payers are also excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.

Frames from the Set For You by Cartier programme are considered unique personalised products. Therefore, once an order has been placed, these items are not subject to modification, exchange or refund. This policy reflects our commitment to providing an exclusive personalisation experience specifically for the individual who placed the order.

EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT DIRECTIVE 2011/83/EU

In accordance with European legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU), customers residing in a European Union country have a right of withdrawal for 14 days following receipt of their order. This period allows the consumer to return the products without justification, provided that they have not been personalised or damaged. For purchases made outside the European Union, all sales are firm and final, and may not give rise to any return or refund.
