How to buy?

Click the "Store" button in the left column or choose a product directly on the home page

When you want to buy an item, select your feature in the menu, check the amount and click the blue "Add to Bag".

The icon "SAC" is to the right of your screen.

To confirm your order from your bag, click on "Order" and "Pay". If you want to select other items, click on "Continue Shopping"

Your order will be shipped in principle on the day after placing your order. If we encounter difficulties regarding the availability of one of the articles, we promise to keep you informed as soon as possible.

What means of delivery?

We make deliveries in many countries and offer various options to meet your needs:

Europe:

Colissimo against signature: guaranteed delivery by post in 48 hours - € 15

Outside Europe:

Colissimo against signature: guaranteed delivery by post in 48 hours - € 25

According to the type of products, deliveries can also be made by DHL or UPS.

If you do not receive your package within 5 business days after shipment of your purchase in France and 15 days for Europe and outside Europe, thank you to contact our Customer Service.

Please note that the shipping time can take up to a week during sales.

TAX and CUSTOMS DUTIES

We work with our delivery service to minimize the possible procedural delay customs regarding orders placed internationally.

The price paid on parislunetier.com for all orders delivered outside the European Union is without VAT. Customs charges corresponding to the duties are to be paid to the carrier by the recipient.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What to do to return an item?

If you want to return an item purchased on parislunetier.com, thank you to contact the Customer Service within 14 days of receiving your order.

The return costs are your responsibility. We recommend that you take out insurance for your return package, since it is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods it contains and that you will be held responsible for any damage caused to their reception.

How will it be done reimbursement?
